Add a team member


If you would like another member of your team to have access to your Turn Dashboard, all you need to access the User Management feature.


1. From the Turn Dashboard, click the gear icon and go to Settings.


2.  From the Settings menu, go to User Management.


3. Click Invite user and enter the information for your new team member!

You'll need to provide their First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.


You'll need to create a temporary password for the new teammate. Please provide this password to them so that they can sign in. Once logged into the Turn Dashboard, the teammate can update their password.


Lastly, you have the option of assigning a role; Admin or Recruiter. Both roles allow the teammate to initiate background checks, take action and add new teammates to the Turn Dashboard.



4. Once you've completed the required fields, press Submit


We recommend that you provide your new teammate with their temporary password along with a link to the Turn Dashboard, https://partners.turning.io/



Remove a team member


In order to remove a team member's ability to access your Turn Dashboard, go to the User Management feature within your settings.


1. From the Turn Dashboard, click the gear icon and go to Settings.


2.  From the Settings menu, go to User Management.



3. Locate the team member that you would like to remove from the list of active members.


4. Click the three dots associated with the team member and click, Delete.



5. The team member has been removed from your list!
