Once you file a dispute, the agents at Turn will review all the information you shared and re-investigate.
Turn has 30 days to re-investigate your claim. Depending on the case, if the charges are reported as inaccurate, we may require a copy of your ID or other supporting documents.
When the re-investigation is complete and if we are able to confirm that the information is inaccurate we will modify your report and provide an updated version to you and your potential employer. If we find that the information is accurate, the report will remain unchanged but will be under consideration of your potential employer.
