National Criminal Records

Our basic background check packages include the National Criminal Database Records Check. This check will compile records and databases from across the country so that we can identify which specific counties warrant additional searches run at a local level. The records that can be obtained include criminal records, sex offender registries, felonies, misdemeanors, and federal security agencies.

County Criminal Records (Contingent)

All criminal hits identified by the National Criminal Records check will be validated at the county level with a criminal report.

County Criminal Records (Current)

A criminal records check will be conducted current county where the candidate resides. We will use the address and zip code provided by the candidate during the application process.

County Criminal Records (7 & 10-Year Lookback)

Using the address history that is found during the SSN Trace and Address History portion of the background check, we will search for records from each county where the candidate has resided in the past 7 or 10 years. Please keep in mind that state and local laws may limit the number of years that can be shown on the report.
